These terms and conditions serve as the terms of use agreed upon by you in relation to your use of any products, services or websites offered by My Hopeful Journey LLC (“My Hopeful Journey”). Use of the My Hopeful Journey website or any products or services offered by My Hopeful Journey constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. My Hopeful Journey reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and in any manner, without prior notice. Continued use of the My Hopeful Journey website or any other products or services offered by My Hopeful Journey after modification of these terms and conditions shall constitute acceptance of such modified terms and conditions.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to use the My Hopeful Journey website or any products or services offered by My Hopeful Journey.

MY HOPEFUL JOURNEY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SUCCESS OF ANY FERTILITY OR CONCEPTION PLAN.
Use of ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE OR WEBSITE OFFERED BY MY HOPEFUL JOURNEY is at your own risk AND are provided by MY HOPEFUL JOURNEY “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY HOPEFUL JOURNEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE MY HOPEFUL JOURNEY WEBSITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY MY HOPEFUL JOURNEY. IN NO EVENT SHALL MY HOPEFUL JOURNEY BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ABOVE THOSE AMOUNTS PAID TO IT BY YOU DURING THE PRECEEDING YEAR.
You are solely responsible for the data and the accuracy of the data inputted into the My Hopeful Journey website. My Hopeful Journey is not responsible for any downtime or other interruptions in service, or any other technical issues, relating to the My Hopeful Journey website. My Hopeful Journey does not guarantee the availability of the My Hopeful Journey website.
My Hopeful Journey is the sole and exclusive owner of the My Hopeful Journey website, as well as all products and services offered by it. Your use of the My Hopeful Journey website or any product or service offered by My Hopeful Journey does not provide you with any ownership interest of any type in these materials. You may not sub-license, or charge others to use or access, the My Hopeful Journey website or any product or service offered by My Hopeful Journey. Your account and password is personal and should not be shared.
Applicable Laws
Any dispute regarding, relating to or arising from your use of the My Hopeful Journey website or any product or service offered by My Hopeful Journey shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Maryland, exclusive of any provisions regarding conflicts of laws. Any such dispute shall be litigated in the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore County or the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Your use of the My Hopeful Journey website or any product or service offered by My Hopeful Journey shall be deemed submission to the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Maryland for Baltimore County and/or the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
The waiver of, or failure of, My Hopeful Journey to enforce, any right it may have associated with its website, products or services, or these terms and conditions, shall not be deemed a waiver or other limitation of any other right or any future right.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless My Hopeful Journey and its directors, officers, agents, parents, shareholders, agents, affiliates, representatives and employees from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including legal fees, which arise from a breach of this Agreement or your use of the My Hopeful Journey website or any product or service offered by My Hopeful Journey.
Termination and Cancelation
Either you or My Hopeful Journey may terminate or cancel your membership at any time, with or without cause. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your account is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with My Hopeful Journey. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any of these terms and conditions; (2) My Hopeful Journey enforcement or application of these terms and conditions; (3) the content available on the My Hopeful Journey web site; (4) your ability to access and/or use the My Hopeful Journey website or any other part of that web site; (5) your use of the My Hopeful Journey web site or any product or service offered by My Hopeful Journey; or (6) the amount or type of fees, surcharges, applicable taxes, billing methods, or any change to the fees, applicable taxes, surcharges or billing methods charged by My Hopeful Journey.
